Rental Rates for Trinity Tropical Oasis, Trinity Beach Holiday House Accommodation, Cairns, Australia

This 2 bedroom Trinity Beach holiday house with pool and luxury 11 jet spa bath accommodates 4 people. A folding bed is available for an extra person if necessary.  The minimum booking period is 4 nights.

	High Season: $189 per night for up to 4 people ($22 per extra person). High season is May - October, and public holiday peak periods (Easter: 27 March - 11 April 2010; Christmas 2010: 17 December 2009 - 16 January 2011).
	Low Season: $165 per night for up to 4 people ($20 per extra person).  Low season is November - April, excluding the public holiday periods mentioned above.
	Accommodation special:  Book 10 nights, receive one night free (i.e. pay for 9 nights).  Book 4 weeks, receive one whole week free (i.e. pay for 21 nights - this equates to only $124 per night!).  Special available for low season bookings only.
	Discount cards :  If you have a discount card, you will need to advise card type and number upon booking and present the card upon arrival, otherwise the full rate will be payable.

Items available for use free of charge during your stay at Trinity Tropical Oasis include:

	linen (excluding cot linen) - sheets, bath towels, face washers, beach towels, hand towels, tea towels.
	Egyptian cotton adult size bath robes for 4 people.
	cot and high chair (please bring cot linen).
